★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Göz önün de ama farkedilmeyecek bir sadelikte. Meydana bakan kısım geniş ancak önünden geçerken fark edilecek bir yerde. Konumlamasında bir yanlışlık var san ki. Kongre binasının gölgesine saklamış. Bu alanın biraz daha göze hitap eder bir duruma getirilmesi güzel olur. Sivas a yakışan da bu olur sanırım.

Çevreleyen duvar yaşlıların dinlenmesi için bank görevi görüyor. 4 Eylül kongresinin yapıldığı ve kongre binasının yakınındaki Atatürk gerçekten alışık olmadığımız güzellikte ve modern bir şekilde bütün ihtişamıyla dimdik ayakta duruyor.
