On 18.03.2020, I bought a dessert of 260 TL (cash receipt available). Half fresh and half stale. I went to buy a dessert again today (20.03.2020) and to report the dessert, which I bought last time, to the company official. My goal was just to report this to the authorities. As a result, I bought dessert worth 260 TL instead of 1 kilogram and was constantly shopping from there. I told the staff that I would like to meet with the company representative. The staff recognized me and said that their officials were on the roof, their hands were dirty, they pretended they were excused and they waited for 15 minutes. Then they talked over the phone and they said let me make up. My intention was to explain this situation only to them. I left and said that it was not nice for me to wait that I do not want compensation. AS A RESULT, THE MUSLIM AK COMPANY IS VERY RELATED TO THE CUSTOMERS 'SATISFACTION. THEY ARE INTERESTED WITH CUSTOMERS. COMPANY AUTHORITIES FIND THE SOLUTION NOW ..

We bought Tulumba dessert, but it was 3 days or so, it is not crispy at all but soft, some of them are dry with no syrup. I will never buy from unknown places. I always buy sweets from Müslüm Usta, but since there is no tulumba dessert there, I had to buy it from here ??

The entrance is very nice, welcoming, complimentary lemonade makes you feel seriously in a beautiful artisan shop. But I wanted to comment, especially after eating the baklava I bought both for the guests and for my house. I suffered a serious stomach problem after eating the first day. I had weakness. Maybe I didn't mind that the food I ate had touched. For several hours I struggled with stomach and intestinal problems. I ate again the next day after dinner. And the same things ... Normally, I am a person who eats half a kilo of baklava alone, but the baklava here touched me ... Maybe I didn't know from the heat. The sherbet is intense on my palate. Normally, crispy baklava gives people pleasure while eating. You get the taste of pistachios seriously. But I guess the sherbet that is heavy for me deserves a review. I bought it because I wanted to try it. Get information for those who are sensitive to sherbet.

You feel like you are in Gaziantep as soon as you enter the shop with friendly employees. You get a clear taste of pistachio in baklava. I am a person who does not like sherbet much, I do not like sweets with syrup. While 1 slice of baklava is enough for me once in 3-4 months, I have never been asked not to eat any of Müslüm Ak's baklavas. Well done, very nice baklavas.

Don't expect a very crispy and fresh baklava.. we bought it for the first time from pistachio.. I could never find that freshness and crispness in a pasty baklava as if it's been waiting for days, it's not very famous as the name suggests?
