 The foundation of the mosque was laid by the Benevolent İsmail Yapıcı and Melikgazi Mayor Mustafa Palancioğlu before he passed away in 2018.
A mosque with the most different architecture of Talas. It has a large courtyard and benches in the courtyard.
It is surrounded by Talas District Police Department, a market, a cemetery and nearby Gazi Yusuf Tulgay Park and Bim Market.
