★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osmanlı dönemi üslubundaki Türbe, Ağa Camii yakınında Belek Gazi Parkı girişi sağındadır. Altıgen planlıdır. Altıgen planlı türbenin üzeri basık bir kubbe ile örtülüdür. Kubbeye geçiş tromplarla sağlanmıştır.
Harputlu ünlü araştırmacı ve yazar İshak Sunguroğlu'nun Harput Yollarında isimli eserinde bu türbede medfun zattan şöyle bahseder:
"Hüviyeti: Şeyh Şerafeddin, Şeyhül-Kâinat Fatih Ahmed Hazretlerinin yakın akrabasından ve aslen Belhli olup Harput, Ermenilerin elinde bulunduğu sırada (M.1313 - 713.H) tarihinde islâm mücahitleri tarafından muhasara ve zaptı sırasında Fatih
The mausoleum in Ottoman style is to the right of Belek Gazi Park entrance near Ağa Mosque. It has a hexagonal plan. The hexagonal tomb is covered with a flat dome. The transition to the dome was provided with trumpets.
In the work of the famous researcher and writer of Harput, İshak Sunguroğlu, on the Harput Roads, he mentions the medfun zat in this tomb as follows:
"His identity: Sheikh Şerafeddin was a close relative of the Sheikh Ahmed-Sheikh, the Sultan Ahmed, and he was originally Belhli, while Harput was in the hands of the Armenians (M.1313 - 713.H) during his destruction and conquest by the Islamic mujahids.
