Tek kelimeyle muhteşem! Ben doğal saç renkleri ve kesimleri sevmeme rağmen, yurtdışında gittiğim çok iyi bir kuaför ombre yaptı ama hiç benim tarzım değildi. Üstelik çok uzadı ve renkler bozuldu. Tavsiye üzerine Muharrem Bey’e geldim. Hem kesimi hem rengi aynen benim istediğim, sevdiğim gibi yaptı. Üstelik son derece kaliteli ürünler kullanıyor ve son derece profesyonel. Bundan sonra saçlarım için geleceğim adres belli.

This morning I quickly needed a hairdresser in this shop to cut my tips and blow-dry my hair. Despite the warning, he cut too much and was badly blow-dried and he never talks to me about too much unnecessary stuff

1. I showed the model and we agreed on it - they did exactly what the model was like. :) 2. I asked what I DON'T need - and he took that into account 3. I showed several models - he said what to exclude; and with regards to best 2 models he suggested the step-by-step approach which made sense. 4. He is in a good mood and can listen :) 5. When I asked how to style the haircut, he and his assistant gave all the instructions. Additionally, I was looking for someone who can solve a complex task, I asked to have a call before having me go to the salon - and we had a quick video call. One thing to improve is that when we discussed coloring, they offered one option worth 1650 lira (4 steps). So other options including simply highlights were not discussed. It's hard to say yes in this case. I think it will help the salon business if we considered several possible options. Overall, great service and great result, thank you guys :)
