I have previously written to the administrative unit of the Faculty of Medicine about the canteen located at the entrance of the Emergency Service of the Medical Faculty Hospital. But the last time I came to the Hospital (about 10 days ago), I saw with regret that it had not changed much. The staff working in the canteen do not comply with the hygiene rules sufficiently, and they do not see any harm in violating the cleaning rules, which are noted as customers. Apart from the exorbitant prices, the fact that they are ignorant of the notion of laziness and cleanliness in their services is over the top. I don't know if the hospital management took it into consideration. I don't think that he warned the canteen operator and employees about this issue. Therefore, I felt the need to write the matter to the Rector's Office. I felt the need to raise this issue again because of the behavior as if it was a free or good service in the place in question and the lack of attention to cleanliness. I am an ordinary citizen and I would like to be subject to ordinary treatment in this country. My aim is never to victimize the people who work here. However, to contribute to the cleaner and more attentive behavior of people who provide food and beverage services and do this in an important place such as the Hospital. I hope and wish that due care and attention is paid to hygiene rules and inspections are carried out in the Faculty canteens. I wish you success in your work.
