Ve bir kaç kez aramama rağmen telefonunuz süreli meşguldü. Sonrasında internet üzerinden uygun aynı marka termostat aldık. Kurulum için randevu istedik. Firmanız kablo bağlantısını bir elektirkciye yaptırıp haber verin dediler. Bu işlemide yaptıktan sonra tekrar proglama için aradığımızda, biz o modele teknik destek vermiyoruz dediniz. Bir markanın servisi, ben o modele destek vermiyorum diyebiliyor mu?
 Dear sir, we called your company and asked for room thermostat and service fee for proterm combi. The friend said that we will give information by taking my phone number. We requested an appointment for the installation. They said that your company would make the cable connection to an electrician and notify them. When we called for programming again after doing this process, you said that we do not provide technical support for that model. Can a brand's service say that I do not support that model?
