Common area large, spacious, plenty of greenery, buildings are not close to each other, a very comfortable site to access the metro

The site with the largest park garden area in the region. Ideal for families with children. The security system has just settled. There is a 24-hour security service. Neighbors are middle class. Some of them are tradesmen in Ostim industry. Some are also officers. It is a decent place. I think there is no need to love twice the money for Nevbahara.
