ينقصهم الخبرة في ادارة المطعم وفصل عمال التنظيف عن عمال المطبخ والتقديم
Modest and simple .. beans, chickpeas and falafel .. good
They lack experience running a restaurant and separating cleaning workers from kitchen and serving workers
