Movenpick Malatya Hotel

We stayed at Malatya Movenpick for almost 1month. Expectations were exceeded at all levels, rooms, services, facilities, restaurants, location and more. We had an amazing experience with Movenpick Malatya. Thank you to all staff members there especially Nida Hanem from sales department, the front desk representatives Mr. Baris Metin and Mr. Bayram and Chef Cemile Hanem. We hope to see you all again very soon.

Great clean hotel. Wonderful staff under trying COVID situation. Big breakfast included.

I have used this hotel seven or eight times in my trips to Malatya. It is with no doubt the best option. Service, facilities, location...an unbeatable value for money rate.

clean and nice rooms, good breakfast,good location. service at breakfast after 7:15am when the staff finally arrives is ok.

Great hotel - clean and awesome staff. we overnighted on our way to Mardin to break up the journey and I left my icebox in their freezer and they organised to courier it to my next destination Really good Starbucks in house as well ??

This is my third Trip to Malayta Turkey. I have stayed at the Movenpick every trip and could not be more satisfied with the hotel. The cleaning staff do an excellent job. Asuman and Reşan were most polite and took cleaning to an excellent level. I met another nice lady this morning. Zeynep  went out of her way to be helpful to me. She did an excellent job at cleaning my room. Not only did she make me feel welcome she treated me as if I were family. I was very impressed with Bayram he went out of his way to find out where and how to find out about getting the covid test for my flight on Monday. All the individuals that work at the reception desk are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant staff are very accommodating to me even with the language barrier. They are very friendly and give excellent  service. The hotel is located close to a shopping mall and several individually owned shops. There is a beautiful park across the street that has some great restaurants. I have stayed at this hotel on my three visits now to Turkey and I could not be more pleased. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Malatya Turkey. I hope to return soon and I will be staying with the Movenpick family.

One of the better hotels of Malatya. It has seen better days. Lovely and kind personal. Furniture needs fixing or replacement. I will definitely stay here if/when I am back to Malatya.
