M	Mustafa Duran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uzun zamandır motor ehliyetim olmadığı için 50 cc Scooter tipi motorsiklet internette ve mağazalara giderek araştırıyoum.Motolux Rossi RS 50 cc ve Nirvana 50 cc modelleri ile karşılaştım.Tipleri hoş ve güçleri iyi.Tork belrtilmemiş.Merisin'de oturduğum için Adana mağazasını araştırırken,buradaki yorumlara baktım.Genelde olumsuz.Şunu belirtmek isterim benim bu firmaya karşı asla ön yargım yok.Yorumlardaki şikayetlerin ana noktası satış sonrası hizmet,servis ve yedek parça sorunu.Kimi kullanıcılar kendi hatalarını firmalara yüklemek istiyebilir,kızgınlıkla olumsuz yorum yapabilirler.Fakat gerçek olan bir şey:Satışa kadar heşey güzel ilgi iyi fakat satıştan sonra ilgi yok.Bir firma 10 yılda edindiği güveni kısa bir zamanda kaybedebilir.Piyasada firma çok.Kimse malını bedava vermiyor.Bizimde çöpe atacak paramız yok.Yorumları okuduktan sonra bende tereddüt oluştu.Başka firmalar daha ağır asmaya başladı.Fima yetkilileri acil olarak yendiden yönetim politikasını gözden geçirmeli.Özellikle satış sonrası hizmeti adam gibi yapmalı.Yoksa firmanın kapısına kilit vurmak zorunda kalır.Çalışanlara yazık olur.
