I don't remember how many times I gave my carpets to this company, but they did not regret me even once. Even my white carpets come clean. Moreover, they use boiling water and clean them without felting.

The reason why I said the carpets were their value etc. When I washed them in another place, they washed them all for the same price. En kötü halıların m2 si 10 lira akrilik yün polyamid oluşuna göre fiyat değişiyormuş. m2 si 15 liraya kadar makine halısı yıkıyorlar yani. Hadi bunu geçtik halıyı verdiğimizde fiyatın belli olmaması çok saçma. Firma halının türüne göre nasıl bir işlem uyguladığını ve bunun karşılığında fiyatın yükseldiğini ispat etmek zorunda. Yoksa insanların kafasında soru işaretleri yarattıklarını anlamalılar. Bu sene bu değişken fiyat politikası yüzünden halılarımı bu firmaya vermedim. Come on, we passed this, it is ridiculous that the price is not clear when we give the carpet. The company has to prove what kind of process it has applied according to the type of carpet and that the price has increased in return. Otherwise, they should understand that they are creating question marks in people's minds. This year, I did not give my carpets to this company because of this variable price policy.

They are very easy to communicate with, acct professionally and do a great job closing my rugs. I have 4 children and pets so my rugs can be very dirty. But everytime they come back looking and smelling like new! 5 stars for motif!
