★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist called mr. yaseen had a horrible and childish attitude as he said after a conflict on children policy “ i win and i took your money hahaha” also he took extra charges without any reference policy just a random number 200 lira for my child who was accompanying me in a deluxe m with a sofa bed that was already reserved . Manipulating with information that my other two kids whom were stayed with their grandparents rooms claiming that they also stay in my room. Disaster one hour argument with this receptionist who claimed to be the manager and that ruined my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a basic hotel besides the road leading to ski resort in Kartepe. Nothing too fanciful. Just sleep and get along. There was technical issues with the heating system on that day. Though the attendant cared so much, but it was beyond him to solve. The breakfast was also nice, nothing extravagant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this hotel. Bed is nice and super big! (we stayed in Executive room). View, huge balcony, beautiful! Food, life music is nice!
Only one thing : they have jakuzi but no hot water, only warm, so we boiled from the tea pot:) because we came from the kartepe kayak merkezi. This hotel is very close to sji center.
We loved the hotel too much.

nice swimming pool with 3 levels of deepness...
delicious traditional Turkish breakfast...
friendly and helpful staff ( especially Mr. Yassin )
