★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mardin il merkezinde bulunan bu kilise 430 yılında yapılmıştır. Başlangıçta Hıristiyanların kullandığı kiliseyi 1552 yılından sonra Nasturiler kullanmıştır.
Kesme taştan yapılmış olan ve yer yer geometrik taş bezemelerin bulunduğu kilise de iki metropolitin mezarının bulunması daha da önem kazanmasına neden olmuştur.
This church was built in 430 in the city center of Mardin. The church, which was originally used by Christians, was used by the Nestorians after 1552.
The presence of two metropolitan tombs in the church, which is made of hewn stone and has geometric stone decorations in some places, made it more important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belle église, souvent fermée en journée. .. mais ouverte le soir. Explications données sur place, intérieur très beau. Dommage que je n'ai pas pu y passer plus de temps car elle vaut le détour.
Beautiful church, often closed during the day. .. but open in the evening. Explanations given on site, very beautiful interior. Too bad I could not spend more time there because it is worth the detour.
