fantastic place to stay in Bodrum. comfortable and clean. a special notice to "Mr. Onder"...a special and friendly man working in the Hotel..incredibly kind and sweet. he helped us in everything we need and even more!!!!??tks Onder you were a special friend for us !

Hotel was under renovations which was a bit off putting. The shower wouldn't drain and the fridge wasn't working. WiFi has issues as well. Staff were nice, especially the night shift worker.

The management team of this hotel has no capability in solving efficiently the problems of the guests, and they even create additional problems due to this incompetence. When we arrived they told us that we had an upgrade and that our room was one of the best. We realised that one of the windows had the lock broken an it was possible to access from outside. We told the manager about it, and they already knew it... But they did nothing, apart from putting some tape on the window, that obviously didn't work. The curtains were also broken and they fell all the time, and the wc fixation was broken and when you sit down it yielded. After seeing the tape, we told the manager to change our room and only after that they offered us another room. So they had available rooms from the beginning but they chose to offer us this bad one, even after the first complain.

Beautiful hotel, perfect service! The food is great. I want to personally thank Under, he is very nice man. We enjoyed staying there. מלון מומלץ מאוד, אונדר נחמד חבל על הזמן. כיף וכדאי!

Some of the staff dont understand a word of english and that was very annoying for ordering dood at the bar. The rooms were dirty and found insects in my daughter's bed... The pool is not bad but for kids who can't swim you need to stay with them because the pool is 1.80m deep. The pool for kids was empty during July/August so i dont know about the other months. The owner can be rude and is moody. One of the person working in the bar had a violent fight with a customer and made a big scene because the kids were jumping in the pool... The red hair receptionist was very polite tho...

Expensive for nothing. The pool is closed from 7pm-11Am, exactly the length of our stop. So a completely pointless stay. No amenities at all (you have to ask even for soap). Don’t recommend

It was good as this stars hotel. Just the hot water was problem but I believe that in the summer time it won't be a problem. The breakfast was good enough even in winter time and also bad situation like corona. Person who works there were very helpful and smiling.

!! STAY AWAY NO MATTER WHAT !! Hotel gave us a room that we paid for to then after one night tell us we needed to pay more or they would kick us out... Never in our entire life have me or my girlfriend (and we travel the world full time) experienced a hotel as unrespectful as this one! On top of this the room itself was extremely dark, much noise from the street & you could see the place had overall seen better days.
