31/05/2019 tarihinde 180 tl tutarındaki elbiseyi aldık. Kasadaki bey ücretin bir miktarını peşin ödememizi rica etti 70 tl peşin ödedik 110 tl kartla ödedik.
1. 02/06/2019 tarihinde elbiseyi iâde etmek istediğimizde bize kesilen kasa fişinin 110 olduğunu gördük. Mağazaya gittiğimizde ve bu durumu anlattığımızda görevlinin tavrı isteseydiniz ya fininizi şeklinde oldu. Tavrın yanlış olduğunu doğru olanın
“ - kusura bakmayın arkadaş yanlış fiş kesmiş. Ben size yardımcı olayım “şeklinde olması gerektiğini kendisine söyledim. Para iâdesi yapamayacağını yerine başka bir ürün almamız gerektiğini söyledi
2. Eksik kesilen 70 tl fişi istedik fiş veremeyeceğini söyledi
3. Tüm bu olumsuzluklardan sonra; yerine beğendiğimiz elbisenin 29 tl fiyat farkını geri ödemeyi kabul etmedi. Bizi 29 tlik alışveriş çeki verebileceğini söyledi. Artık sıkıldığımız için onu da kabul ettik. Ama bu sefer bu 29 tleyi 1-2 ay içerisinde harcamamız gerektiği konusunda bize şart koştu. Her şeye rağmen hala bizden taviz bekliyordu.
4. Bu arada ilk aldığımız elbisede yapılması gereken %10 indirimin bize yapılmamış olduğunu söyledi. Değişimden ve iade etmekten vazgeçtik elbisemizi aldık %10 farkını da geri vermedi.
Bu mağduriyetlerimiz giderillmediği taktirde kesilmeyen fiş konusunda maliye Bakanlığına şikayet edeceğim. Ve bu yazıyı her yerde paylaşacağım.
