★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otel temiz ve yeni. Şehir merkezinde. Yeni bina olduğu icin odalar güzel ve rahat. Kahvaltı Van standartlarında zayıf kalıyor. Ama çeşit var. İnternet gayet hızlı ve benim odadad çekiyordu.
 The hotel is clean and new. In the city center. As it is a new building, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is poor by Van standards. But there is variety. The internet was very fast and was in my room.

Very good in terms of service and quality. The rooms are clean, hygienic and beautiful. The breakfast was also very good. It is very nice to stay and suitable in terms of price.

Beware, even the day you do not stay is paid for. moreover, even if you convey this to the authorities, they turn away indifferently so that you are ashamed and say ok take the money.

Sonradan öğrendimki iranlı turistler yüzünden iptal edip odamı onlara vermişler daha fazla paraya vermek için kesinlikle işiniz olmasın böyle ticari ahlakı olmayan bir yerle
I have never seen a worse business in my life, I made a reservation from Istanbul and got on the plane. They apologized to me and told me that the reservation was cancelled. Later I learned that because of the Iranian tourists, they canceled and gave my room to them, you have absolutely no business to pay for more money with such a place with no commercial ethics.

I came with the tour and stayed for one night, the rooms are very nice, new and well-maintained, the consumables are full, all the staff at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant are all friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that there are no toilets in the lobby and restaurant.
