Aynı çarşafı 3 gece kullandık çöpler taştı. Denize çok uzak, güya servis koymuşlar 2 oteli birden alıyorlar üstüste tıkışpıkış gidiliyor, herşey dahil olmasına rağmen plajda bir içecek standı bile yok yalandan monna roza beach diye küçük bir alan için tabela asılmış Otel barında doğru düzgün içecek yok küçük plastik bardağa bira veriliyor oda zaten bira demeye bin şahit, votka istesen bitti diyorlar, Sıcak su akmıyor soğuk su ile duş aldık yatağın yayları sırtımızı ağrıttı bugun ayrılıyoruz erken çıkış yapacağız dediğimizde resepsiyonistin alaycı gulumsemesı ve umursamaz tavırda gayet ukelaca ve terbıyesızceydi, neden erken cıktığımız sorulmadı bile üstelik önceki gün hastaneye gitmek için taksi çağırdığımızda da ilgilenmediler, balkonda çamaşır kurulayacak alan yok havlumuz korkuluklardan 1.kat hizasına düştü, alamadık resepsiyona bildirdik yardımcı olmadılar, resepsiyonun önüne geldiğinizde niye geldin der gibi bakışlarla karşılaşıyorsunuz soru soruyorsun umursamıyorlar, ilk gün oda girişini beklerken cep telefonumdan arandım rezervasyonda hata var dediler resepsiyonun önüne geldim, beni böyle böyle biri aradı siz misiniz diyorum alay eder gibi yooo diyip suratı çeviriyor, olay nedir bir sor soruşturma yok, üstüne para verseler tercih edilecek bir otel degil paranıza yazık biz 3 gunumuzü yaktık o derece berbat iyi yorumlara itimat etmeyin derim We had to finish our 6-day holiday in 3 days, the food is disgusting, my wife was poisoned, we went to the hospital, the serum was inserted, the rooms were never cleaned. We used the same sheet for 3 nights and the garbage overflowed. It's too far from the sea, they supposedly put a service, they buy 2 hotels at once. You go to the beach, although it is all inclusive, there is not even a drink stand on the beach, a fake sign for a small area called monna roza beach. There is no proper drink in the hotel bar. A thousand witnesses to say, if you want vodka, they say it's over, Hot water does not flow, we took a shower with cold water, the springs of the bed hurt our back, we are leaving today, the cynical smile and careless attitude of the receptionist was very arrogant and rude. They didn't care when we called, there is no room to dry laundry on the balcony, our towel fell from the railings to the 1st floor level, we couldn't get it, we reported it to the reception, they were not helpful. When you come to the front of the reception, you get looks like why did you come, they don't care, they don't care, I got a call from my cell phone while waiting for the room entrance. They said there was an error in the reservation, I came in front of the reception, I said, "Is it you? I say don't trust

Çift kişilik yatak şuan elimde yok isterseniz tek kişilik yatakları birleştirelim yada 30dk bekleyin temizlensin dediler onada eyvallah diyip bekledik 1saat sonra ne görelim tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler. Neyse dedik yine ses etmedik. Yemekler deseniz gerçekten içler acısı köpeğin önüne dökseniz bu kadar malzemeyle bunumu yaptınız diye dile gelir hayvan. Tv varmış külliyen yalan 2000li yılların görüntüsü 3tanede kanal vardı galiba bida hiç açmadım. Wifi var dendi odalarda bağlanacak kadar bile çekmiyor. Asansör arızalıymış 4kat yukarı günde 10kez in çık yapmak zorunda kaldık. 4gün kaldık ne çöp alındı ne çarşaf değişti. Otopark falan zaten yok.0yıldız verilse 0 vereceğim. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Çalışanlar sanırım türk değil bu nedenle türklere kötü muamele var yabancıları resmen yalıyolar. Buradaki güzel yorumları görüp kesinlikle gitmek gibi bi düşünceniz olmasın aynı şeyleri ben yaşadım 5kişide 1kişi kötü kalanı iyi demiş diyerek gittim pişmanım. We chose it for honeymoon. We made a reservation for a room with a view of the pool, we paid the difference, and they said we will not pay the difference, we said thank you and went to a ridiculous place. I don't have the double bed right now, if you want, let's put the single beds together or wait 30 minutes, they said, let it be cleaned, we said thank you to him and waited 1 hour later, let's see what, they put the single bed together. We said anyway, we didn't make a sound again. If you say food, if you pour it in front of the dog, the animal will say that you did it with all these ingredients. There was a TV, it was a total lie, the image of the 2000s, there were 3 channels, I guess I never opened a bidet. It was said that there is wifi, it does not even draw enough to connect in the rooms. The elevator was faulty, we had to go up and down 4 floors 10 times a day. We stayed for 4 days, neither the garbage was taken nor the sheets were changed. There is no parking anyway. If 0 stars are given, I will give 0. I definitely do not recommend. I think the employees are not Turkish, so there is a bad treatment to the Turks, they officially lick the foreigners. If you see the good comments here and don't think you should definitely go, I've experienced the same things.

S	Sergey Kondratiev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, but a mountain view from our room was definitely for 7 stars like ✨, more then that wish to say big thank you again animator who invented as to play water polo , really make our day , be happy, be involved ? also big thank you guys who worked on reception, helped a lot specially with transfer to airport Antalia ? good price, luxury transfer ?, only one thing can say about food...very poor, but for that price u don't have to expecting Michelin star. Rooms very clean, air-conditioned. If you filled bored in hotel and sea ? side, just don't hesitate, take excursions, lots to see and to do around ?. Wishing good luck, and happy life ?
R	Recep Yasin BALCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm disappointed about Mona Roza Beach Hotel. The hotel is quite dirty, there were flies in the hotel restaurant. There were insects and flies in foods at many times. Sheets and towels weren't washed well and they were dirty. Drinks are very poor quality, especially alcohol drinks. Fanta and Sprite aren't provided. Foods are very inadequate for guests. All foods have finished in the short time at dinner and lunch time. You can go hungry if you don't go to the hotel restaurant in about 15 minutes as from starting of dinner and lunch time. The hotel staff were rude except Mr. Tolgahan. I'll never go to this hotel again, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away.
