Firma hasarlı mal göndererek beni bekletti ve mağdur etti. Baza olmadığı için günlerdir yerde yatmak zorunda kaldım. Bir özür dileriz kusura bakma demek de yok. Firma kaynaklı deyip kesitirip atıyorlar. Firma sanki benim firmam. Sizin firmanız kardeşim hiç mi genel merkezde yetkili kimse yok müşteri mağduriyeti için acil mal gönderecek bir baza için toplamda en 50 -55 gün beklemek nedir. Paramı kurtardım siparişi iptal ettim sonunda. Bir daha alış veriş etmem. kimseye de tavsiye etmem. Aylardır değişmesini bekliyoruz, hiçbir ilerleme olmadı, verdikleri sözü tutmadılar. Teslim edeceğiz dedikleri tarihte ne gelen var ne giden. Arayıp bilgi bile vermiyorlar. 4 aydır hiçbir ürünün sorununu çözmediler. Mağdur olduk, kanepe yerine minder atıp yerde oturuyoruz. Kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Tüm soranlara da olanları tek tek anlatıyorum. Bir daha asla alışveriş yapmam. Yapana da yaptırmam. I have never seen such a troubled, disinterested store and company.
