Monart City Hotel

Great place. Nice and quiet for when we came (November 2018). Food is great and good selection. Free drinks throughout the day, rooms cleaned daily and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the gym equipment is a bit dated, but still very usable. Not too far from main shopping area or Alanyum shopping centre. Stayed here for a week and loved it!

Clean hotel yet very disappointed with the rudeness of the staff that worked there! Apart from one young small dark haired receptionist the other staff were all ignorant and very unhelpful! Went for a blowdry on my birthday whilst staying there and male hairstylist did nothing but criticise mine and my friends hair just to try and get more money out of us. Had to ask at reception for things like toilet rolls etc. Even though the maids were in nearly everyday. Food was shocking and the service was disgraceful as we asked for drinks with our meals they did not come.

We did feel very welcome when we arrived at the hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We thought the hotel was very clean and nice. The food was of a very high standard with many choices practically 24 hours a day. The shower was perfect, for the first time, of all hotels i have stayid in, in this beautiful country. We had room in the front of the hotel so we had a great view. We tried a professional photographer on the hotel for the first time, Mahir, and had some amazing pictures done. Mahir is excellent and have his own way to make you relaxed and comfortable. I really recommend him. I can recommend Monart city, and we are looking forward to coming back.

Great place to stay with friends and family. Good food, nice staff, close to the city centre. Clean and cosy :)

Good location everything in walking distance. From sea view rooms view is great as expected but comes at a cost of street noise. Over the steet there is area for hotel quests with shades, beach chairs and a beach bar. To go to swim in the sea id recommend some shoes becouse its easy to cut your feet there if not careful. Hotel has two pools with bars ( Hi to our favorite barmaid ) , Cafe art where you can get icecream, snack area ( pizzas ( fresh from the oven ), burger, sandwich etc ) Tried there hamam for the first time that was good experience and massage, Getting drinks when dining was bit difficult becouse covid. ( Not allowed to take drinks yourself ) and staff where busy cleaning the tabels for next quests. But food itself was good and changed a bit daily.

1. In some days there was some lack of hot water. 2. Food is barely edible, without flavor ( for me is the biggest disappointment). 3. Half of staff wasn’t speak so well English. 4. Not enough of beach chairs on the pools (half of them was “reserved” by towels, and staff do anything about that) 5. For + beach chairs on the beach and bar. 6. Lovely cleaning ladies (well done) Nice place but there is much to improve yet.

For the price you pay, this hotel is excelent. Beautiful deluxe rooms with sea views, 2 clean pools. Absolutely amazing staff, I have not experienced anything like this anywhere else. The food and drinks are perfect. The only thing that is bad at this hotel is entrance to the sea, but it can be solved by seashoes. I can only recommend.

The staff are very friendly. The rooms are fine. (I've only stayed in the superior room so can't comment on the standard room.) Not massive and the room I had was equipped with a single and a double bed. I thought I had bed bug bites over my legs while sleeping in the double bed. I had no issues when I switched to the single bed. As a veggie, the food was OK. One night the only hot items available to me were rice and fries! Thankfully, it improved thereafter. The restaurant seating is on the ground and 1st floor of the 3rd block. It's a bit of a pain (literally and figuratively speaking) to have to take food upstairs to eat for those of us using a walking stick. Overall, probably just about 3* hotel. There is very cheap bike hire fairly close by and miles and miles of flat paved boardwalk running parallel to the beach. I rode 20km south and still didn't reach the end. It also stretches north out of town and all of the major sights are accessible by bike (the red tower, the cable car - Teleferick, etc.)
