Apartın sahibi olacak semih adındaki şahıs apartta tekinsiz adamları sokup okey oynuyor. Çamaşır askılığı her daireye verilmiyor ortak kullanım ki çoğunlukla boş olmuyor . Saçma sapan yerlerde çamaşır kurutursunuz. Bina eski ve kasvetli. Yanlışlıkla üşüyüpte ufo yakayım demeyin Elektirik faturası fazla gelirse size kitlerler. Ki sözleşmede böyle bi madde yok ama yaparlar . asla gidipte kalmayın kızlar

Yaşamış olduğu 2 sene boyunca herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşmayıp gayet rahat ve güvenli bir ortam oluşturdukları için yönetime teşekkür ediyorum.
Since we live outside the city, we sent my sister to Eskişehir to study. We visited many places and finally we decided on Monalisa girl's apartment. I would like to thank the management for creating a very comfortable and safe environment without encountering any problems during the 2 years they have lived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okul için Eskişehir'e gelip şans eseri bulduğumuz ve 3 yıl boyunca da kaldığım bir apart. Sanıyorum ki bu süre memnuniyetim hakkında bilgi veriyordur. :) Bu süre sonunda pandemi nedeniyle ayrılmak durumunda kaldım. Apart personeli de oldukça samimi ve ilgili. Odalar temiz ve eşyalar oldukça yeniler. Ben son derece memnun kaldım. Pişman olacağınızı zannetmiyorum. :)
An apartment that we came to Eskişehir for school and found by chance and stayed for 3 years. I think this period gives information about my satisfaction. :) At the end of this period, I had to leave due to the pandemic. Apart staff is also very friendly and interested. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are quite new. I was extremely satisfied. I don't think you will regret it. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen yaz dört kız arkadaş Mona Lisa da kaldık ve çok memnunduk. Apart temiz ve odaları da ferah. En güzeli ise arka bahçenin olması, canımız sıkıldığında çıkıp oturabiliyorduk masa sandalyeler mevcut ve bahçede sebze meyve ekili ara sıra topluyorduk çok güzel oluyordu. Apart sahibi Semih bey gayet ilgiliydi ne sorunumuz olursa hemen anında yardımcı oldu hiçbir zaman mağdur etmedi kendisine tekrardan çok teşekkürler... Herkese tavsiye ederiz biz çok memnun kaldık umarız yolumuz tekrar eskisehire düşer de burada kalabiliriz... :)
Last summer, four girlfriends stayed at the Mona Lisa and we were very pleased. The apartment is clean and the rooms are spacious. The most beautiful thing is that there is a back garden, we could go out and sit when we were bored, there are tables and chairs, and we were collecting vegetables and fruits in the garden from time to time, it was very nice. The owner of the apartment, Mr. Semih, was very interested, he helped us immediately if we had a problem, he never made a victim, thank you again... We recommend him to everyone, we are very satisfied, we hope we can stay here again when we go to Eskisehir again... :)
