Hiçbir talebimizi geri çevirmedi. Çok rahat ettik. Kendi yazlığınıza gitseniz bu kadar rahat edemezsiniz. Kahvaltıda tercih edilen ürünler lezzetliydi. Odamızdanda çok memnun kaldık. Selimiye tatilimiz boyunca başımıza gelen en iyi şey ozan bey ve moka butik oteldi diyebiliriz. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Everything was perfect. Ozan is a very sincere and cordial person. He was there for us at any time we needed from the beginning to the end of our stay. He did not turn down any of our requests. We were very comfortable. If you go to your own summer house, you will not be so comfortable. The products chosen for breakfast were delicious. We were very satisfied with our room. We can say that the best thing that happened to us during our Selimiye holiday was Mr. Ozan and Moka boutique hotel. I strongly recommend.

Kahvaltıda çeşit fazla ve lezzetli. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Konumu da bizce çok iyi çünkü keşmekeşten uzak. İskele tarafına 5-6 dk yürüme mesafesi olduğu için sakin ve huzurlu. 5 dakika yürümek de gayet merkezi. Ozan Bey’in yönlendirmeleri sayesinde hem tesislerden faydalandık hem daha verimli gezme şansımız oldu. Çok teşekkür ediyoruz! We would like to thank Mr. Ozan for helping us have a trouble-free and enjoyable holiday even in a busy time like the holiday season. Rooms are spacious, very large. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. In general, we were very satisfied. The location is also very good in our opinion because it is far from the hustle and bustle. It is quiet and peaceful as it is 5-6 minutes walking distance to the pier. It is also very central, 5 minutes walk. Thanks to Mr. Ozan's guidance, we both benefited from the facilities and had the chance to travel more efficiently. Thank you very much!

Tam bir fiyat/performans deneyimi idi. Ozan, with his warm and friendly welcome and hospitality, made us very comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was natural and rich, it was a cute place. It was a complete price/performance experience.

Konaklayan diğer misafirlerden biri ilgilenen kişilerden birine seslenebilmemiz için bizi kaldığı yere yönlendirdi. Oda biraz tozluydu yerleşmeden önce komodin ve başlığı silmemiz gerekti. Çok sakin, sessiz bir yer tam kafa dinlemelik, dinlenmelik bir yer. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu. Ferah bir yer. When we first went, we did not know what to do. One of the other guests who stayed directed us to his place so that we could speak to one of the interested people. The room was a bit dusty we had to wipe the nightstand and headboard before settling in. It's a very calm, quiet place, a place to rest your head and relax. Breakfast was hearty. It's a cool place.

Merkeze 7-10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde bulunuyor. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Odaları da ferah ve ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak kadar iyi bence. Ozan beyin tavsiye ettiği mekanları denedik ve çok memnun kaldık. An affordable boutique hotel in Selimiye. Ozan, the manager, informed us in detail about the beach, food and beverage, places to visit, since we came to Selimiye for the first time. The hotel has free parking space. It is 7-10 minutes walking distance from the center. The breakfast was quite adequate, varied and delicious. I think the rooms are spacious and good enough to meet your needs. We tried the places that Ozan recommended and we were very satisfied.

Odaların balkonu var kaldığımız odanın ki diğer oda ile ortak balkon idi ama alanı yeterlidir. Kendine özel balkonu olan oda da var. Oda da mini bir buzdolabı aranıyor özellikle yazın çok ihtiyaç duyuluyor. Banyo için sular güneş enerjisi olduğu için tam ısıtmıyor. Biraz ilgisizlerdi oda da tam temiz değil hissi verdi. The rooms have a balcony, the room we stayed in was a common balcony with the other room, but the area is sufficient. There is also a room with its own balcony. Looking for a mini fridge in the room is needed especially in summer. The water for the bathroom is not fully heated because it is solar energy. They were a little uninterested and the room felt not exactly clean. A place that has the potential to be better.
