İstanbulda olmam ve pandemi nedeni ile bazı lojistik problemler yaşadık ama firma güvenilir ve ürününün arkasında , her türlü desteği esirgemediler sağolsunlar.herkese tavsiye ederim. Tek problem : ahşabın cilasından mı bilmem ama çok çabuk ve derin çiziliyor . Ama yapısı gereği narin de olabilir.bir yıldızı ordan kırdım sadece :)
I bought my walnut veneer furniture from modis. It is great as a design. We have experienced some logistical problems due to being in Istanbul and the pandemic, but the company is reliable and behind its product, they did not spare any support. I recommend to everyone. One problem: I don't know if it's due to the wood's polish, but it is scratched very quickly and deeply. But it can also be fragile due to its structure. I just broke a star from there :)

The puzzle corner set we ordered to my cousin exactly 60 days ago has not yet been delivered and is still not produced. They are incredibly indifferent and lie all the time, I think, don't be calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir firma, ürünü sipariş vereli 60 gün oldu ancak daha üretime bile almamışlar. Arayıp sorduğumuz zaman kaba tavırlar ve ağıza alınmayacak sözler sergilediler. Müthiş ilgisizler, telefonları açmıyor mesajlara bile dönmüyorlar. Çok pişman olduk, üstüne bir de 60 gün bekleyip koltuksuz kaldık. Çok mağdur ettiler bizi.
A disgraceful company, it's been 60 days since they ordered the product, but they haven't even put it into production yet. When we called and asked, they showed rude attitudes and unspeakable words. They are terribly uninterested, do not pick up the phones, do not even return to messages. We regretted it so much that we waited 60 days and left without a seat. They hurt us a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böyle bir firma olduğuna inanamıyorum, 70 gün önce sipariş verdik , ürünler gelmedi. Arayıp sorduğumuzda daha üretime bile almadıklarını öğrendik. Özür dilemeyi bırakın , bir de üste çıkmaya çalışıyorlar. " Sipariş verirken bize mi sordunuz kardeşim " gibi bir cümle kurdular bize. Evet inanması zor ama tam olarak bunu soylediler. Çok mağdur olduk çok .
I can't believe there is such a company, we ordered 70 days ago, the products did not arrive. When we called and asked, we learned that they had not even started production yet. Stop apologizing, and they're trying to get on top. They gave us a sentence like "Did you ask us when ordering bro". Yes, it's hard to believe, but that's exactly what they said. We suffered a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought new Sofa from Modis interiors 1.5 months ago, they took %30 price of furniture from me immediately. I gave my order according to their official website pictures, furniture colour was light beige/light grey. When they finished my order, they have sent me pictures of Sofa and the colour was brown. I have requested a change, they keep me busy for the 1 month never build new one according to order and they cancelled my order without my permission. The company does not care about customer satisfaction.
Please be careful when you decided to buy a furniture from Modis Interiors.
