It is a beautiful building and the complex houses are spacious, even if it is structurally late. Pool garage has it all. Management is good, it is constantly getting better.

Kapalı havuzu olan ancak daha an itibariyle kullanıma açık olmayan, iç avlusunda çocukların vakit geçirebileceği oyun gruplarıyla ve yetişkinler içinde vakit geçirilebilecek sosyal mekânlar bulunmaktadır. Site güvenliği ve kapalı otopark olması da ayrı bir avantaj sağlamaktadır. Kullanışlı ve bakımlı bir siteye misafir oldum. Ancak aidatının 200 TL olması tek dezavantajı denilebilir.
A site with 3 floors, horizontal architecture and 3 + 1 flats with useful rooms. There are social venues that have an indoor pool but are not open to use yet, and in the inner courtyard where children can spend time with playgrounds and adults. Site security and indoor parking provide a further advantage. I have been the guest of a useful and well-maintained site. However, the only disadvantage is that the fee is 200 TL.
