The fixed dues are stated to be 250 TL, but the 2 + 1 home is 380 TL for the fixed area, the common area (!) Costs are not very high, there is never a site ... no on site parking and no service other than a small children's park. It is really difficult to understand what is common heating and common water expenses. In the garden of the site and inside the building there is a broken section of the section without paint and there are no broken areas. The central garden irrigation watered my house, but nothing was done. in my house, ants live more than colony life, but they are not interested in transmitting. There are sites that are much more luxurious (at least gym, swimming pool, sauna, indoor swimming pool) and surprisingly less dues than me. Would definitely not recommend. The house is nice, but I don't think the site management has such big expenses.

You can recommend the common areas, which cannot even look at the worthless ornamental pool, to your enemy, as a dark place with full dues.
