★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asla profesyonel değiller, telefonu saygısız lakayıt birisi acıyor, modern oto bile deme kurumsallığından acizler. Almak istediğiniz hizmeti soyleyince detay sormuyor ve de gülüp dalga geciyor, detay verilmemiş diye. Ne müşteriyle nasıl konuşulur ne de telefonda nasıl konuşulur bilmiyorlar. Daha önce modern otoyu İstanbul’da kullandım ama bodrum şubesini kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Servis olmaktan önce insan olmayı da konuşmayı da öğrenmeleri lazım.
They are never professional, someone who is disrespectful to the phone, it hurts, they are incapable of the institutionalism of saying even a modern car. When you tell about the service you want to get, he doesn't ask for details and he laughs and makes fun of you because the details are not given. They don't know how to talk to customers or how to talk on the phone. I've used the modern auto in Istanbul before, but I definitely wouldn't recommend the Bodrum branch. Before being a service, they must learn to be human and to speak.
