The location of the facility is magnificent, the bay where it is located is seriously great, but the facility is unbelievably inadequate for breakfast and dinner in such a period, the open buffet application is completely wrong and it is forcing us to be together, on the contrary, while it should keep people away from being together. If a facility offers an open buffet, it has to offer the same product and service to the first person and the last person to come to breakfast between the hours specified, but we could not receive such service at this facility. Although breakfast service continued until 9.30, when we went down to breakfast at 8.30, they did not replace the finished products. On top of that, when breakfast was up, the staff had all the finished products in their breakfast, so they kept it for themselves. To put it simply, even mini-packages of jam, honey and cheddar cheese were not offered for breakfast, so we couldn't eat tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast in a city like Mersin, where tomatoes and cucumbers abound in the middle of the vineyard or the village. The only boiled egg on offer was now bruised from being boiled, no cutlery, no tea, halfway through breakfast. Dinner is a complete mystery, although the sign they put in front of the door says 18.30 is the start of dinner, but we were able to start at 19.10 at the earliest, after waiting in line with a long queue. And by the way, the water we consume during the meal is chargeable. Although it is said that room cleaning is done professionally every day, no cleaning was done even once during our stay of four days, only 1 piece of toilet paper was given as the toilet paper ran out. The number of towels considered suitable for two adults and one child was 1, it was given forcibly when they made a request. And we hardly even washed our hands, let alone washing with running water from the shower.

The hall lights where the rooms on the floor are not working, we found our room with the wire lights. The bathroom door does not close and because the drain is clogged, it fills with water everywhere. There wasn't even a towel. the cleaning was awful, all right frustrating waste of money.

There is a lack of hygiene, it seems like a neglected place, there are friendly employees, but I do not recommend you to eat here because frozen products are generally, but if the hotel is crowded, I can't say anything if there is fresh food, the price is reasonable anyway, if the price is not affordable, the bay is very beautiful and the beach is beautiful, but the beach is beautiful, but not sandy but pebbly and stony. the sea suddenly gets deep, it's a quiet place in general, have a nice holiday

Unfortunately, such good people, this service should not have been in such a beautiful location, we are sorry, without air conditioning, you would never stay, the rooms are neglected, the breakfast is very irregular and simple. What a beautiful calm sea, very close to the sea. Their employees are well-intentioned but very, very inadequate, but we have no doubts about their intentions...

The whole family place was a very sweet boutique hotel. We are satisfied. Cleaning was fine during the pandemic period. We stayed 4 people and the rooms are not bad. The staff was fine for a 5 person boutique hotel. The cook's meals were home cooked meals. It was a sweet holiday for us. By the way, the sea is wonderful, perfect, we loved it
