Last month, I bought a leather jacket as a gift for my wife, she could wear it 2 times. We saw that there were discoloration on the product and I immediately took the product and went to the store. Today the news came and they said that it was a user error, whereas when I gave the product, I wore it twice at most. they also said that they could not produce any solution and comment, knowing that it was wrong, it is appreciated.
