Ne kadar etik. Perdeyi çıkartırken davlumbaza sıkışmış bir şekilde çıkarmadım. 2 perde beraber yıkadım hiçbirinde hata yok sizinkinde var.hemde cvp WhatsApp verip aramaya bile tenezzül etmediniz. Yazıklar olsun.. erzurum esnafımızın fazla bir şey beklememek gerek... tuketici hakları diye bir yer onların sayesinde hakkımı alabildim
I definitely do not recommend a place that does not care about customer satisfaction and does not accept mistakes, even though the curtain itself is a mistake. It means the hood is stuck during curtain washing. How ethical. When removing the curtain, I did not remove it as it was stuck in the hood. I washed 2 curtains together, none of them are faulty, yours has one. You didn't even bother to call and give CVP WhatsApp. Shame on you.. our shopkeepers in erzurum shouldn't expect too much... a place called consumer rights, thanks to them I was able to get my rights
