Birkaç ay önce tadilat işlemleri İçin gelinliği giydim, 12 temmuzda kinam vardı, tadilatın o zamana kadar bitmesi lazimken ne gelinliğin ucu kesilmiş, ne tadilatları yapılmış. Fermuarın arkası saçma sapandı,balon kol olan kısmın omuz uçlarına lastik takılsın dedim, iple öylesine dikilmiş. Her şeyi geçtim seçtigim duvak yerine kirden rengi kararmış, arta kalan tülden yapılmış bişi yolladınız! Ve benim kınama iki gün kala oldu bunlar. Ekstradan bulunduğum ilde gelinlikciye tadilat yaptırdık 500 TL ye, 250 TL ye de duvak kiraladık. Sizin yüzünüzden kınadan bir gün önce bunlarla uğraşmak zorunda kaldık. Kesinlikle kimseye önermiyorum, hiç profesyonel değilsiniz. 3 kere giydim o gelinliği, hepsinde tarlatani giydirdiniz sonra gelinliği. Bu gelende tarlatan dikilmişti. Aynı gelinlik bile değil bence, herkes farklı durduğunu söylüyor çünkü. Hatanızı da kabul edip çözmek yerine, saçma sapan yeminler edip durdunuz. Çözüm odaklı olmadığınız sürece kaybetmeye mahkumsunuz, böyle işletme olmaz. Soruna çözüm bulmaktan haberiniz yok, gönderdiğiniz gelinliği bir kontrol edin önce. Yeminler etmen benim problemimi çözmedi, 750 TL masrafa sebep oldu. Gerekli yerlere şikayet edeceğim.

I definitely do not recommend it to anyone, you are not a professional at all. I wore that wedding dress 3 times. It was planted in the field this time. I don't think it's even the same wedding dress, because everyone says it looks different. Instead of admitting and resolving your mistake, you kept making absurd promises. Unless you are solution-oriented, you are doomed to lose, such a business does not exist. You do not know how to find a solution to the problem, check the wedding dress you sent first. Taking oaths did not solve my problem, it cost 750 TL. I will complain where necessary.
