I have been living in Mod Istanbul Site C Block Apartment 1 for 5 months. Unfortunately regret. During the first two months, the hum of the humidifier of the thermal pool was under my house, so sleep was haram at night. In the following months, I forgot sleep from the sound of the huge machine near my bedroom day and night because the heating air conditioning of the gym was used. The poor quality of the materials in the flats, the handles of the cabinets, keeping every item in our hands even though we were the first to sit down, the dampness of the walls and the fact that they asked for extra money while sending the technical staff, whose salaries were paid with 750 TL dues per flat, in a problem. Let money be forbidden in every dues I pay despite all the services I have not used due to the pandemic. Both the cost of transportation, two deposits, and the wear of my belongings and the rents I paid without sleep. This 1 + 1 house is 3-odd rent that I discarded just because it has a garden, but zero peace !! A house that never gets hot. No more problems or problems. Do not buy, move, do not mind. Poor quality company, poor quality management, poor quality houses ... Unfortunately, the social facility is also full of drinkers until the morning ...

I couldn't even imagine that there would be such a living space during the construction phase, it was very nice with one minus. The shortcoming is that in such a beautiful building, larger balconies would be a great resting area for apartments overlooking the city forests. Thanks to those who contributed
