We bought 2 swivel armchairs from Mobilyas Mobilya. Delivered before delivery date. However, the sponges of the incoming berjers were different from each other. One was hard and the other soft. There was also a hardness on the back of the chair with a hard sponge and it made a sound when leaning. There was also a minor wear on one of the legs. Upon these complaints, we reported our complaints to the store. The store was very interested, our complaints were listened to and the service was informed immediately. The service arrived the same day. Fixed the wear on the Berger's foot. However, no solution was found for our other complaints, saying that the furniture will improve over time as it is new.
