★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımızın GPS i bozuldu ve İstanbul bayileri aracılığı ile ürün bu firmaya gönderildi. 3 gün sonra ürünü "Onarıldı" diye tekrar firmamıza göndermişler. Ama 3 aydır gelen bir kargo yok. Ama kargo takipten baktığımızda ürün bize çalışmadığımız bir saatte şirket kapalıyken teslim edilmiş görünüyor. Mobiliz firmasını aradığımızda Duygu Hanım ile defalarca görüşüyoruz ancak hiç bir çözüm yok. Aras kargo ürünlerinizi kaybetmiş. dönüş yapacağız vs vs. Kesinlikle müşteri memnuniyeti ve bilgilendirme alışkanlığı olmayan ilgisiz bir firma. Şimdide arıyorum telefona bile bakmıyorlar. Our vehicle's GPS was broken and the product was sent to this company through Istanbul dealers. After 3 days, they sent the product back to our company as "Repaired". But there is no shipment for 3 months. But when we look at the cargo tracking, it seems that the product was delivered to us at a time when we were not working, while the company was closed. When we call Mobiliz, we meet with Duygu Hanım many times, but there is no solution. Aras Kargo has lost your products. we will return etc. Definitely a disinterested company that does not have customer satisfaction and information habits.
