Well-wishing Turgay, cars not super new (2-3 years old), but in a very good condition.
It is possible for cash, it is possible full insurance for 4€/day. Returning the car wasn't any questions: didn't try to take money for old scratches :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use this office two times in october 2021. Excellent service, good prices and good choice of available cars! Very polite manager with perfect english language. All the cars are clean and in good conditions. Perfect place to rent a car in the city center if you do not want to go to airport for car rent.
