Ama akşama kadar beklememe rağmen ne kargo nede arayan oldu sonraki gün yine bi sonraki gün yine şekilde 4düncü günü akşam saatlerinden aradığıma bırakın şubeye ulaşmayı mümkün değil 3sefer farklı müştri temsilcisi ile gürüşmeme rağmen bir türlü gürüştürülmedim
Neymiş not düşülmüş ulaşılmamış tükici şubeden alacakmış
Bu mudur sizin çalışma anlayışınız aramadan sormadan uyduruk şeylerle bizleri ekmeniz vede mağdur etmeniz

My MNG Cargo never goes down
On 12/02 2021, I was informed in the morning that my cargo was on its way to be delivered.
But even though I waited until the evening, neither the cargo nor the caller was the next day, again the next day, again the next day, let me call from the evening hours on the 4th day, it is not possible to reach the branch, although I have met with a different customer representative for 3 times, I was not able to meet.
What was the note written and the unreachable consumer would take it from the branch
Is this your understanding of working without asking, you sow and victimized us with fabricated things?

Why would a cargo company accept the cargo that it cannot deliver to the address with the commitment to deliver it to the address? Since the cargo we expected did not arrive at our address on time, we received the answer from the branch we called, "We do not have delivery to your address, you must take delivery from the branch".
