 The branch officer does not look at the phones by playing on the phone. The branch manager is more problematic than solution-oriented. Prefer another cargo branch and do not have any problems.

Rezalet ötesi bir hizmet, kaçtır gidip kendimiz alıyoruz. Bu durumda siz ne işe yarıyorsunuz? Elimden geldiğince tercih etmeyeceğim, Boyabat'ın en kötü kargo şirketi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben memnun değilim hizmetlerinden. İade etmek istedigim paketi pandemi sürecinde kargoya iletemediğim icin adresimden alınmasını rica ettim. Fakat 3 gun sonra gelip aldilar.Kargo şirketlerinin görevi müşterilerinin isteklerini yerine getirmektir.Onları oyalamak değil.
I am not satisfied with their services. Since I could not deliver the package I wanted to return to the cargo during the pandemic process, I requested that it be taken from my address. But they came and picked up after 3 days. The duty of the cargo companies is to fulfill the wishes of their customers. Not to keep them entertained.

Evde yoktunuz deniliyor her seferinde. Bu kadar uckagitci, ahlaksiz, sorumsuz ve yalanci insanlarsiniz. Gorevinizi layikiyla yapmayip yan gelip yatarak maas aliyorsunuz. Bussuru issiz insan var eminim onlarin icinden sizlerin yerinizi fazlasiyla doldurabilecek cok ama cok issiz insan vardir. Bu sirketi batirmanin tek yolu, bunlar ile yollanacak her turlu kargoyu engellemek ve baska sirketler ile yollamak.
MNG cargo paint office is definitely managed by uckagging people. My cargo was dispatched and could not be delivered so-called. I'm in quarantine, we're home all day. It is said every time you were not at home. You are such wicked, immoral, irresponsible and liar people. You do not do your job properly, but you get a salary by lying down. I am sure there are unemployed people among them, there are many but many unemployed people who can fill your place. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hepsiburadadan aldığım ürün istanbulda boyabata 2 iş günü içerisinde geldi. Fakat 3 iş günüdür küçüçük boyabatta kargom hala teslim edilmedi. Kargonuz dağıtıma çıkarılmıştır diyorlar fakat ne gelen var ne giden. Her seferinde aynı şeyi yapıyorlar insanların gidip kargosunu almasını bekliyorlar. Rezil bir kargo şubesi. Müşteri hizmetlerine de şikayetimi ilettim. Bir daha mng kargonun getirdiği kargoları sipariş vermeyeceğim.
The product I bought from Hepsiburada came to paint in Istanbul in 2 working days. But for 3 business days, my cargo has not been delivered yet. They say your cargo has been distributed, but neither incoming nor outgoing. They are doing the same thing every time, waiting for people to go and pick up their cargo. An infamous cargo branch. I also conveyed my complaint to customer service. I will not order cargo brought by mng again.
