While all other cargo companies deliver home to my address in Kapullu Mahallesi, they only call MNG Kargo Karabük Kartaltepe Branch at their feet, to the branch. They send a threatening message that the order will be refunded if I do not pick it up from the branch within 2 working days. Then they enter the system as if the address was delivered. They are waiting for me to go and receive it from the branch from the address they did not bring. They victimize their customers at the expense of burning a little more diesel. In this time of restriction, I am particularly and arbitrarily victimized. My order period is prolonged with returns. Even Trendyol Express, which has only a warehouse, makes its deliveries to my home completely and says that I am out of service scope even though it has a MNG Cargo branch. They are customer selective. When I go to the cargo office, they don't even receive 2 orders a week in my neighborhood, they say, it doesn't save us. However, even my order count exceeds 2. I have experienced this many times in my orders at Amazon and Trendyol. I cannot reach customer service.
