★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hepsi burada aracılığı ile almış oldugum ürün 15 gündür bu şubede kargolanmayı bekliyor ne telefonlara bakılıyor ne yetkili birisine ulaşa biliyorum biri açsa telefonu desek bir ay sonra kargonuzu elinize ulaşacak diye ona da kabulüm ama Bi hatta bulamamak ne biliyim can sıkıyor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötüü bi kaç defa aynı adrese aynı ürünü teslim edilmesi için uğraştım ama sürekli hiç bir bilgilendirme olmadan geri döndüğünü söylediler sonunda şubeden almam gerektiğini söyleyen bi mesaj aldım şubeye gidince o şubede değil başka şubede olduğunu ya gidip o şubeden almam gerektiğini ya da o şubeyi "benim" aramamı ve o şubeye getirilmesi gerektiğini söylediler bi ürün için bu kadar zahmete girmek aşırı saçma sen mi kargocusun ben mi ordan oraya sürekli koştur koştur Allah Allah ya bak gene sinirlendim neyse..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 gündür kargo bekliyorum bir türlü teslimatı yapmadınız. Ben iş yerinde çalışıyorum kargo gelse güvenlik haber verirdi yada kargoyu teslim edecek arkadaşın haber vermesi gerekirdi. Arayıp soruyoruz ya yoğunluktan dolayı teslim edememişler yada gelmiş bulamamışlar. Kimsenin işine saygısı kalmamış yazıklar olsun size. Bu arada eski bir mng kargo kuryesiyim....

Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyorsun %80 sistemi yoktur.Olsa da sıfır görev bilinci. Çiçek sepetindeki müşteriye verilen değer ve siz parayla müşteriyi rezil edenler... Mng kargo pişmanlıktır.
