They provide a really bad service, they say we could not bring the cargo home and reach it, and when we go, your cargo is here, but when we find that much cargo, they say let's call you. They have a terrible system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargom sistem üzerinde teslim edildi yazıyor, hatta teslim zamanını dahi vermişler. Lakin teslim edildiği yok. Bu kandırmacadan başka bir şey değil. İnsanları böyle darlamaya hakkınız yok. Bu işi yapamayacaksınız, yapmayın! İşini ciddiyetle yapmayan insanlara mahkum etmeyin bizi.
Çalışıyoruz, didiniyoruz bir ürüne para veriyoruz, satın alıyoruz ama sıra kargoculara geldiğinde rica ederek, minnet ederek ürünümüzü ulaşabiliyoruz.(O da alabilirsek!). Lütfen böyle baştan sağma iş yapan elemanlarınıza çeki düzen verin. Yeter artık paramızla rezil etmeyin bizleri.
It says that my cargo has been delivered on the system, they even gave the delivery time. However, it is not delivered. This is nothing but deception. You have no right to hurt people like that. You won't be able to do this job, don't do it! Do not condemn us to people who do not do their job seriously.
We work, we work hard, we pay for a product, we buy it, but when it comes to shipping, we can reach our product by asking and being grateful (if we can get it too!). Please tidy up your employees who are doing such milking work. Enough, do not disgrace us with our money anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabah erkenden kargonun geldiği bildiriliyor sisteme giriliyor. İşi gücü bırakıp erkenden gidip alayım diye şubeye gidiyorum sisteme bugün girildiyse daha gelmedi deniyor. Neden işinizi sağlıklı yapmıyorsunuz ki? Şubeye gelmeyen kargo neden şubede gösterilir ki? Sabahın soğuğunda o kadar yürüyüp gittim sonra gelin diyorlar, onlardaki hatadan kaynaklı özür bile dilemiyorlar. 1 yıldızı bile hak etmez. Kesinlikle gel al noktası için seçmeyin pişman olursunuz.
