★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evde boşuna beklemeyin kargonuzu geldik evde yoktunuz deyip şubeden aldıracaklardır. 1 hafta içinde 2 kere şubeden teslim aldım.
Don't wait at home in vain, they will say that we came and you weren't at home, and they will take it from the branch. I received it from the branch 2 times in 1 week.

Kargoya gttim ürünümu almaya neden telefonları açmiyorsunuz diye sordugum da tesettürlü olan bayan biz bakıyoruz telefonlara hanfendi dedi ukala bir tavirla baksaydiniz ben küçücük cocugumla hamile halimle kalkip gelmezdim bu kadar bos insanlari cok mu aradiniz acaba?

I have never seen such bad shipping in my life. It's really like a joke. They don't answer the phones, no home delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargo acenteleri hizmet kalitesini düzeltmeli. Onlara göre müşteri için onlar değil onlar için müşteri var kafasındalar. Kalite standartları inanılmaz düştü. Son 2 yılda en aktif meslek grubu ama geriye gittikçe gidiyorlar.
Erenler mng de böyle. Kargo bulunmaz, gelmiştir geri gitmiştir. İçerisi ıssız binayı andırır cansız kargonu bile teslim etmekte tereddüt duyarsın. Albenili bir acente değil.
Cargo agencies should improve their service quality. According to them, they think there is a customer for them, not them for the customer. Quality standards have dropped drastically. The most active occupational group in the last 2 years, but they are going backwards.
Erenler mng is like that. There is no cargo, it has come and gone. It resembles a deserted building, and you hesitate to deliver even your lifeless cargo. Not an alluring agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kargoyu dağıtıma çıkartmayıp gelmiş gibi yapan bi firma .Onlar yüzünden kargom geri gitmiş iade edilmemesi gereken yüksek fiyatlı ürünümü aynı fiyata alamıyorum .kargomu merkezden alınması gerektiğini telefonla bırakın aramayı mesaj yada not bile bırakmayan tarafımca epey vebal alan acentedir kendileri . Sisteme gitmesem asla farkedemeyecektim. Telefonları asla açmıyorlar, genel müdürlüklerini bile aradım şikayet için açmadılar bunların topu böyle . Asla hakkımı helal etmiyorum!
