My cargo was to Malatya. It was returned after 10 days without delivery. It's a transcendent company. Don't even pass by the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23 Kasım'da verdiğim kargo 18 Aralık'ta hala ulaşmadığı için sormak üzere gittim.Ürün müşteri tarafından hasarlı olduğu için alınmadı deyip merkez depoya yollamışlar ordan gelmesi için bir daha para talep ediliyor.Halbuki ürün müşteriye hiç ulaşmamış bile.Belki bu şubenin sorunu değil ama kurumsallıktan ne kadar uzaklaşıldığının göstergesi bunlar....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün evime en yakın firma olduğu için gittim ufak bir kutuyu gönderebilmem için 60 TL gibi bir fiyat istendi. Başka bir firma bulurum diyerek PTT nin yolunu tuttum aynı kutu için benden sadece 12 TL aldılar. Gidecek arkadaşlara tavsiyem en az bir iki yer daha gezip öyle karar vermeniz.
Since it is the closest company to my house today, I was asked a price of 60 TL to send a small box. I found another company and took the road to PTT. They only received 12 TL from me for the same box. My advice to friends who will go is to visit at least one or two more places and decide that way.
