★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17:50 de okula gelip sizi bulamadık demeler. Ürününüz kırık gelmiş alacakmısınız demeler. Sistem msj ile şubeye çağırıp şubede öyle bir şey yok demeler. Daha neler neler. Alacağım ürün MNG ile geliyorsa almaktan vazgeçtiğim olmuştur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MNG kargo beni çok üzdü. Kargom taahhüt ettikleri tarihte teslim etmedikleri için maddi ve manevi zarar gördüm. Genel müdürlükten aradılar, telafi edeceklerini söyleyip beni avutma va baştan savma yolunu seçtiler. Tekrar arayacaklarını söyleyip unuttular. Tire şube sorumlusu topu genel müdürlüğe atarak beni adeta kovdu. Dayak yemeden şubeden çıktığımda sevindim.
Şirket olarak insana ve müşteriye saygıları yok.
MNG Kargo made me very sad. I suffered material and moral damage because they did not deliver my cargo on the promised date. They called the general directorate, they said they would make up for it, and they chose the way of comforting me and dismissing me. They forgot to say they will call again. Tire branch manager threw the ball to the general directorate and almost fired me. I was happy when I left the branch without getting beaten up.
As a company, they have no respect for people and customers.
