They wait for the cargo at the branch and enter the system as if it has been delivered. At the end of the day, they say it could not be delivered and ask you to pick it up from the branch. I do not suggest

What is the distance between Sarkis and Altinyayla, sir? There is delivery to Altinyayla on Wednesdays. My cargo waited in vain for 4 days in Sarkisla, never again.

They said that they can't go up because my cargo is 60kg, they said that I have to go down, leave it at the door, I have a baby, they said that I had to get off even though I said I can't get down, they are very understanding. The cargo guy also had a 6-month-old baby, his wife was going down when the cargo arrived, I think the cargo was more important than the baby.
