Çalışanlarınıza müşteriyle konuşurken biraz daha kibar davranmayı öğretmelisiniz, mesela karşıdaki insan konuşurken "İSİM NE " diye lafını kesmemeli. iletişim ve nezaket gerçekten sıfır... üstelik paketi dağıtıma bile çıkarmadan tekrar şubeden teslim alın diye mesaj gönderiyorlar.
