Daha sonra 2 gün üst üste arayip adresn tam olarak nerede oldugunu sorup getiriyoruz dediler yine getirmediler. Halende kendilerine ulasamiyorum kargomda subede duruyor. Kendi kafalarina gorede iade yaparlar heralde bu saatten snra. Bir ürün 2 hafta boyunca şubede nasl bekletilebilir anlamis degilim. Kesinlikle hizmet sıfır bin pişman oldum.
It is definitely a very bad branch. Though my cargo was on the branch, it was not brought. You can not reach the branch in some way by calling Zten. Then they called 2 days in a row and asked them exactly where the address was and they said they did not. I still can't reach them. Sanki tek işleri kargo alıp vermek. Müşterinin başka sorunlarına yardımcı olmak görevleri arasında yok demekki. Sonrasında tabi işleri bilmedikleri için işim yarım saat uzadı. En sonunda ben gayet kibar bi şekilde yanlış anlamaları bitirmek, bundan sonra nasıl olacağını sormak istedim, 'Tamam Neyse' diyerek sözümü kesti bayan çalışanlar.
