★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu kadar ne iş yaptığından habersiz insanları bir arada görmemiştim. 3 parça siparişim geliyor 2 parça teslim ediliyor, bir parçası Ankara’da daha gelecek deniliyor. Ama sisteme hepsini teslim almışım gibi kayıt yapılıyor. Sonrasında aradan 10 gün geçiyor ürün falan gelmiyor tabiki. 10 gün sonra geri aradığımda yokuş yapıyorlar yok buraya gelmeniz gerekiyor, yok bakamıyoruz. Neyseki ürünü aldığım firma böyle aymaz değil de mağduriyetimi gideriyor. Bu kadar organize şekilde kötü çalışan bir şube görmedim gerçekten bravo ??
 I've never seen so many people unaware of what they're doing together. My order comes in 3 pieces, 2 pieces are delivered, it is said that another piece will come in Ankara. But the system is registered as if I have received all of them. After that, 10 days pass and the product does not come, of course. When I call back 10 days later, they are making a slope, you have to come here, we can't look. Luckily, the company I bought the product from is not so reckless, but relieves my grievances. I have never seen such a poorly organized branch, really bravo ??

MNG cargo is about to go bankrupt. It needs to increase its emergency in-service trainings and provide trainings to increase customer satisfaction.

I haven't been able to receive the delivery of my cargo from Istanbul with MNG cargo for 3 days. I had to pick up the cargo that was delivered to the house myself. Guya Arrived home,.
Even though we did not leave the house, they stated that in the follow-up. Definitely do not use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İnternet üzerinden alışveriş yapmıştım. Alışveriş yaptığım yer mng kargo ile anlaşmalıymış.kargonuz dağıtım a çıktı diye mesaj geldikten sonra 1 hafta bekledim. Gelen giden yok.şubeye gittiğimde kargomun kaybolduğunu öğrendim.1 hafta gittim geldim kargo yok.biz sizi bugün arıcaz yarın arıcaz derken tam bir buçuk ay sonra buldular.geçte olsa kavuştum kargoma. ☺Bu olaydan sonra aslında 1 yıldızı hak ediyordu ama 2 gün önce yine mecburiyetten arayıp kargom ile ilgili bişey öğrenmem gerekiyordu.ozaman çok ilgelenip sorunu hemen çözdükleri için üç yıldız verdim.
I had shopped online. The place I shopped at had an agreement with mng Kargo. No incoming or outgoing. When I went to the branch, I found out that my cargo was lost. I went for 1 week and there was no cargo. When we said we will call you today, we will call you tomorrow, they found you exactly one and a half months later. I got my cargo, albeit late. ☺After this incident, it actually deserved 1 star, but 2 days ago, I had to call again out of necessity and learn something about my cargo. Then I gave three stars because they took great care and solved the problem immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Böle rezalet bir firma olamaz. Kargoyu teslım almadığım halde teslim edildi yazıyor. Şubeden kimseye ulaşamıyorum, telefonlara bakan yok. Tüketici hakları mahkemesinde görüşeceğiz sizlerle.
It cannot be a disgraceful company. It says delivered even though I did not receive the parcel. I can't reach anyone from the branch, no one is answering the phones. We will meet with you in consumer rights court.
