Unfortunately, 46 packages of products that came from Mersin with a warehouse for 300 400 TL were delivered to MNG cargo without our knowledge and approval. The branch official, whose name we do not know, said that an invoice of 3850 TL was issued and they brought the products in return for payment. We said that we will investigate who and how the product was sent. Within half an hour, the person who called us was called and they were asked to help with the necessary corrections after the products were sent, as the price was high, our agreement was but not implemented. The person who said he brought the products said that although he never brought the products to our workplace, he brought the products to the lights near our workplace, and that he had downloaded the related products to the MNG Anadolu branch and that he could not bring them again. When we went to the MNG Anadolu branch about 15 minutes later, we saw that the products had just started to be downloaded. The official we spoke to on the phone was asked why he lied, and he admitted that it was his own lie with a very ugly tone. It was reported to the branch manager that he accepted the lie of his staff, and he was told that the cargo should be evaluated within the scope of the agreement. He said that the agreement was canceled without our knowledge and approval, but he could not help because the invoice was issued, and he could not send the products.
