★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 yıldız bile vermezdim ama yorum yapmak için mecbur kaldım. Bu kadar berbat bir kargo şirketi görmedim. Dağıtıma asla çıkmıyorlar. Sonra gelin teslim alın diye utanmadan mesaj atıyorlar. Gelip kendimiz alacaksa kağıda ödeme ücreti niye alıyorsunuz? Madem bir işe yaramayacaksınız kapatın gidin. Bu ne sorumsuzluk kaç seferdir böyle. Keşke sizinle hiçbir kurum çalışmasa berbat bir işleyiş.
I wouldn't even give 1 star but I was compelled to comment. I have never seen such a terrible shipping company. They never go out for distribution. Then they shamelessly text the bride to receive it. Why do you charge a paper fee if we are going to come and pick it up ourselves? If you're not going to do anything, turn it off and go. How many times has this been irresponsible? I wish no institution would work with you, it's a terrible business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Şahinali şubesi hizmet açısından çok kötü. Telefona asla bakmıyorlar. Ne zaman mng den kargo gelse iki şube arasında gidip geliyorum.Kendilerine gelen kargoyu diğer şubeye iletmek yerine Aksaray a gönderip oradan diğer şubeye iletiyorlar.On kez işlem yaptıysam beş altısında sorun yaşadım.
Şahinali branch is very bad in terms of service. They never answer the phone. Whenever there is a cargo from mng, I go back and forth between two branches. Instead of forwarding the cargo to the other branch, they send it to Aksaray and forward it to the other branch.
