I had to give 1 star, but 1 star is more for this branch, since I have an agreement with mng, I have sent cargo to this branch, maybe 4-5 times, when I was sending cargo to Izmit, it did not reach my customer from Istanbul without any trouble. It comes to the cargo branches, but it only takes 2-3 days to reach the recipient from the branch.

My internet shopping was shipped with MNG. I am following it from the system, it could not be delivered although it appeared in the distribution for 2 days. The 3rd day was not distributed. I called the branch and could not reach it, the call center was told that the branch did not have a number, that I had to take the cargo from the branch myself and if I did not receive it within 3 working days, it would be sent back. I went to the branch and asked why he didn't come to the address. When there is density, it cannot be delivered to the address, if you do not receive it yourself, the refund is sent, the system said that. If you are busy, do not take delivery, do not be a victim of us. If I get permission from my job and travel 15 km, why should I pay for cargo and shop online. What a good service, what a nice answer ..

They did not deliver the product I bought from the @Dolap application for 1 month. When I called and asked, they said we lost your cargo. They made no effort to find my parcel. It is not possible to create a claim for compensation over the phone. They gave the relevant branch number and no one answered that number. A failed shipping company with no respect for what it does. Every penny and effort I spent is haram.

Since they said that they could not deliver my product, which was shipped on May 18, to my address on May 27, I had to receive it by hand from the branch. Since they could not find the product in the branch, I was kept waiting. After the product was found, I received it with the box crushed. Despite all these negativities, the branch employees were polite.

I have never seen such a company and cargo branch. Even if they do not distribute it, they cannot find it at home. Even 1 star is too much here. I have only one piece of advice to those who have a job here.
