 My product will arrive from Istanbul to Urfa, but it has still been on the road for 5 days. It's like I ordered from Germany. We are not satisfied at all, every time we call, they made us wait, saying that it will come tomorrow.
Your job is not just to carry goods. Satisfying customers too!

It makes very unnecessary speeches, waiting for the cargo among themselves, getting bored while giving the cargo, as if they were inventing the plane and giving the products in such absurd places.

The cargo was not delivered, even though we are at home, they said there is no, I think the staff must be working hard, otherwise the cargo would have come home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne zaman kargom olsa teslim etmiyorlar. Teslim edilememiştir diye mesaj atıp gelin şubeden alın diyorlar. Gitmeyince de iade ediyorlar. Kesinlikle adrese gelmiyorlar ve telefonla aramiyorlar. Yüzlerce kez aradım telefonu acmiyorlar. MNG kargonun en kötü şubelerinden.
Whenever I have a parcel they don't deliver. They send a message that it could not be delivered and say, come and get it from the branch. If they don't go, they return it. They certainly do not come to the address and do not call by phone. I've called hundreds of times and they don't pick up the phone. One of the worst branches of MNG Kargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cargo ever ..i lost my customers because of your delay...Very bad experience ..I will shift to another company soonest...You do not deserve any star anyway...13 days for an order to be delivered if you delivered ...sending messages without sending the order ..Taking more money from customers ..Are you playing or having some fun ..We do not have any time to waste with your carelessness ..
